Track & Field
Track & Field Director: Andrew Church
NSYA Track and Field is a recreational introduction to both running and field events. We offer three different co-ed age divisions: Kindergarten/1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade, and 4th-5th grade. Practices and meets will be held at the Stayton High School track.
This 6-week program focuses on creating healthy habits and goal setting in a positive and encouraging environment. Practices consist of a variety of age appropriate running activities, as well as an introduction to field events. There will be two practices a week for the first two weeks, then will go to 1 practice and 1 meet a week. Meets will be held on Thursdays.
Additional Volunteers are needed for Thursday meet days. If you would like to help, please email our Track and Field Director Andrew Church at NSYAtrackandfield18@gmail.com.
